Brasserie Pleated Ramekins Pillivuyt of France have made our Brasserie Plates of diamond hard white culinary Porcelain since 1818. In the 1920's it was the custom of Parisian Brasseries and Cafes to commission Pillivuyt to print the menus on the dinnerware. The décor returned to the kiln and fired into each piece for durability.
