Raclette is a delectable Swiss cheese dish that has been popular for centuries. It's origin
dates back hundreds of years to when shepherds tended their herds in the mountains of
Switzerland. Supplies were limited & meals consisted of cheese melted by a fire and scraped
off onto potatoes and pickles. From these humble origins the tradition of Raclette was born.
Thanks to Swiss Technology, this tradition can be enjoyed at home and restaurants with the
