Professional Stainless Steel Convection Ovens These professional convection ovens are constructed of 100% stainless steel with heat resistant plastic knobs and handles. Door front has durable, tempered glass. Ovens feature a rear mounted fan & an armored heating element allowing even heat distribution and rapid temperature rise. The thermostatically controlled oven reaches 480 degrees F in approximately 8 to 12 minutes. These units are equipped with chrome plated wire shelves & a bake tray. Four shelf positions are available in the oven. Clearance of 4" from the sides and the back is recommended. 110 VAC, 1700 watts, 15 amps NSF & UL Approved. |
