 are double coated with "Quatrex" non stick
coating on both the interior and the exterior
making cleaning easier. Made by an exclusive
pressure-casting technique which allows the
machined aluminum base to be triple thick for
the ultimate in heat conductivity. The bolted
on handles (make replacement a snap) are oven
proof to 500 degrees. The black exterior reduces
visible staining & keeps the cookware new looking
for years. Manufacturer offers a limited 25 year
warranty against defects - imported from Iceland.
